Application

Suitable for crushing and recycling in medicine, food, chemical pigments, fertilizer ,etc. In operation, a high speed rotating knife cut the particles with different shapes and specificstions. Material particle size smaller than the screen passes to the discharge while the larger particles are reduced. This equipment can replace YK swaying granulator in some cases.

Work Principle

After the raw material enters the feed port of the wet granulator, it falls into the conical working chamber, to get swirl on the raw materials by rotating the rotary knives, and pushes the granules toward the sieve by centrifugal force. At the same time, due to the shearing caused by high-speed rotation of the rotary knives with the sieve, the granules are pulverized into small particles between the rotary knives and the sieve, and discharged through the mesh holes. The size of the granule is adjusted by the mesh of the sieve, the distance between the rotary knives and the sieve, and the rotary speed.

A: 15 months after the equipment is arrived at the destination port or 12 months after the installation and commissioning of the equipment, whichever comes first.

2. Q: Do you provide on-site installation and commissioning?
A: Yes, we do. If on request, we'll provide the guidance of on-site installation and commissioning. Usually one mechanical engineer and one electrical engineer to assist.

3. Q: How about the cost of on-site installation and commissioning guidance?
A: The cost consists of round-trip air tickets, room and board expenses, service cost (labor cost), and site transportation (or directly provided by client), which shall be paid additionally.

4. Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?
